Frozen Strawberry Sherbet Elixir

Serves 1

    1 cup frozen strawberries
    2/3 cup coconut water
    2 tbsp rice malt syrup (or raw agave nectar, pure maple syrup, or raw honey)
    Squeeze of lime juice (for the tangy, sherbet twist)


    Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed until smooth and frosty.
    Pour into a glass.
    Garnish with frozen strawberries, lime zest, or flecks of ginger.
