This is a great elixir to enjoy on those cozy nights in. Deliciously different, the lavender can help you feel wonderfully relaxed.

Lavender Lemonade

Serves 2

    1 heaped teaspoon, loose-leaf, dried lavender tea
    2 teaspoons raw agave syrup / pure maple syrup / coconut nectar (optional)
    1/4 cup boiling water
    1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
    Still or sparkling mineral/soda water
    Ice cubes


    1. Place (dried lavender) tea leaves + sweetener (if you choose to use one) into a mug.
    2. Add 1/4 cup boiling water. Allow to steep and cool for 15 minutes or so.
    3. Using a strainer to catch the lavender, pour tea into two glasses.
    4. Divide lemon juice between the two glasses.
    5. Add ice cubes, and top up with mineral water.
    6. Enjoy!
