When Desiree Taylor found herself suffering from severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Adrenal Burn-out in 2011, at the age of just 26, she embarked on a personal journey to heal herself – body, mind and spirit.

Up until that point, her days had been filled with her high pressure corporate career, playing hockey at the state level, and partying on the weekends. With her demanding schedule, she used alcohol in the way that most of us do (or did!) – to celebrate and ‘let off steam’. To relax, unwind, and soothe anxiety.

Until the day her body screamed: “ENOUGH!” and completely shut down. Desiree couldn’t get out of bed for six months. When she finally did, she set about completely transforming her lifestyle. Now glowing and “the happiest I’ve ever been”, Desiree helps to empower other women to transform their relationships with health, and most importantly, with themselves.
