Hi Beautiful,
We’re so happy to have you with us!
Committing to this journey wholeheartedly has the power to change us on the deepest level, and that is my ultimate wish for you. I wish you the joy of experiencing for yourself exactly what it feels like to be free, and learning more about who you truly are.
I know ninety days might sound terribly scary right now, but it honestly comes down to this: all you have to do is take that very first step. I’m serious when I say it’s simple. But that doesn’t mean it’s always easy. In fact, having the courage to live life on your own terms takes a hell of a lot of courage.
You have that strength and courage inside of you. It’s what brought you here; to us, to this very moment. You dreams are waiting for you.
There truly is so much to look forward to (so much I can’t wait to share with you!).
So take a deep breath, and take my hand. I’m here to help you through all the scary stuff. Weeks from now, you’ll look back and be SO glad you started today.

With love,
1. Listen to Your Body
It’s normal to experience disrupted sleep and to feel quite fatigued and irritable for up to 30 days or so, as your body detoxes from alcohol. If you experience any other physical symptoms, or have any other concerns, please go see your Doctor or Health Care Professional immediately. The information provided in Sexy Sobriety does not replace individual medical advice. Every body is different and, depending on your previous level of alcohol consumption, the physical consequences of stopping abruptly can be very serious. It’s always better to be safe than sorry, especially where our health is concerned.
2. Additional Support
Likewise, if you feel like you need additional or more immediate support or treatment to reduce your alcohol intake, please reach out to your doctor or local community health service. There are many free helplines and treatment options available in Australia (and around the world), such as: Reach Out, Counselling Online, AA Australia, SMART Recovery and Lifeline. You might also like to hire yourself a one-on-one coach, counsellor or therapist. There’s nothing un-sexy about asking for a little extra help when you need it!
3. Daily Access + Love Notes
You’ll receive access to the full collection of content day-by-day in order to avoid overwhelm. You receive access to Day 1 immediately (so you can get started right away!). You’ll receive your daily email and access to each subsequent day of the program at approximately 5am (your local time). Click on Dashboard in the top menu, scroll down to Phase 1 and click on Day 1 to get started. Day 2 will automatically open for you at 5am tomorrow.
4. Interacting Within the Program
IMPORTANT: Your username is automatically set to your email address at registration. Please visit the Customer Center under My Account in the top menu to change your username to something you’d like other members to see when you comment. Your username can be your first name, nickname, or if you’d like more privacy, you can even choose an alias. You can also change your password to something more memorable here, too.
5. Bonus Q&A Videos and Coaching Video Library
Our bonus weekly Q&A Videos are designed to provide you with additional support and guide you through the Coaching Video Library on your journey through the program. You’ll find a new video waiting for you every week, on topics such as fears, nutrition, self-care, mindset, creativity, spirituality, and relationships, designed to help you dive deeper into the tips, tools and strategies provided within the program. You’re welcome to come ask questions, share your latest insights and celebrations, and offer encouragement and support to other members from around the world, in any comments field throughout the Q&A Videos, Coaching Video Library, or program.

6. Elixirs
Prepare your tastebuds! There are a whole range of delicious elixir recipes coming your way as you strut through the program. In the meantime, this is a great time to experiment with basics. As mentioned, drink plenty of filtered water to flush out the toxins and help you feel better faster. Sparkling mineral water is great, too. Try jazzing it up with fresh lime juice, lemon or orange slices, mint leaves, cucumber, ginger, or frozen berries. You can find all sorts of organic (and delicious!) lemonade or ginger beer type drinks hiding in your local health food store. Also, try a heap of different herbal teas to discover which ones you like. Have some fun with it! It’s all part of the adventure.
7. No Failure, Only Lessons
If you experience a tumble along this path, above all, be kind to yourself, angel. Remember that trying and failing doesn’t say anything bad about you, your willpower, or your self-esteem – it shows that you had the courage to go out and try in the first place. A slip is simply a learning experience; it’s how we learn what works and what doesn’t. You can explore these lessons more deeply via the love note on the Restart page.
8. My Story
You can read my original story here. In Part 2, I talk about some tools and resources that you might also like to use, in addition to this program:
