As you know, I’m a huge believer in not just putting down the glass, but upgrading our entire lives so that alcohol no longer offers anything that we don’t already have. To me, that means inviting more joy into our lives. More passion, more love, more connection…
Meg O’Sullivan is wise and insightful beyond her years. When she stumbled across the world of wellness blogs two years ago, something began to shift within her. As she started taking better care of herself, she found that – slowly but surely – drinking began to lose its appeal.
Now a Yoga Teacher and Self-Love Workshop Facilitator, Meg lives a life of soulful peace and clarity. Better yet, she’s helping other women to do the same.

“I was making all these changes in my lifestyle, like the food I ate, doing lots of yoga, and meditating, because of these blogs I was reading. So the alcohol just became something that fluidly changed as a result of all those things, because I was feeling so much better about myself. And I think the biggest things was, by making all these changes in my life, I started to become super connected to ME, and I started to have this amazing life outside of living for the weekend. Because I loved to cook, and make green smoothies, and do yoga, and just delve into this new world that I didn’t know existed before – all about health and wellness and spirituality.
So suddenly there was something in my life that I liked more than getting drunk.”
